Coalition Policy: Implications for Justice and Equality
7 and 8 September 2011
Portland Square Building, University of Plymouth Main Campus
This 2011 event will focus on the nature and impact of Coalition policy across a range of policy areas and features papers from leading academics, policy makers, commentators and advocates.
The conference is designed to appeal to a wide number of delegates. If you are an academic, a policy maker, a practitioner or a journalist; if you work for national or local government, in the private or the third sector, we hope that this event will provide you with an invaluable opportunity to make new contacts, learn from others and share ideas – perhaps from sectors quite different to your own areas of expertise.
In addition to plenary sessions, the conference comprises concurrent sessions on specific areas of social policy; invited paper sessions on current research in social policy; and a ‘”Question Time” session in which delegates are invited to pose questions to a group of leading policy makers and commentators.
