Be in the moment. When we live in the moment we are at our most confident. Many of our concerns are rooted in our past or in the future. If we think about our past we may be tempted to focus on regrets and the things which hold us back. If we focus on the future, we may worry about events which have not happened or have anxiety about the tings we have to do. If we spend time in the present and in the moment we can temporarily switch off from our past or future anxieties and feel more confident as a result.
