Single mindedness. All activity should progress your confidence goal, if it doesn’t then you need to question why you are doing it? There may be distractions or influences but your core aim can only materialise if time, effort and focus are dedicated to it. Activities that do not support your aims should be swapped for those that do. Invest in a spring clean from time to time and evaluate where you are focussing your efforts and if they’re still worthwhile. Don’t be afraid to make a change if needed and spend more time on the activities that progress your confidence goal.
