Be your own life coach. Consider coaching yourself! This is a technique of providing support and encouragement in the same way you would another person. Decide to be use positive language in your thoughts as well as when you speak. Acknowledge your achievements and be encouraging. Give support and motivation when you need it and don’t be afraid to ask for help. In an actual coaching session you would set goals and targets so it is important that you set these too. Dedicate follow-up time to check in on your progress and recognise your successes along the way.
