Understand your fears. Often our fears prevent us from achieving our goals, when actually they are: False Experiences Appearing Real. Many fears turn out to be groundless or are based on future events that are yet to happen. Common confidence inhibiting fears include, presentations and crowds of people, audiences and your authority being questioned. We can use our fears to work out contingencies and how best to work through something. We can plan if things go wrong as they usually reflect the worse case scenario of a situation. Our fears can be useful if we utilise and embrace them!
