Question everything! Questioning your own behaviour is important to build confidence, it helps generate an inner dialogue to rationalise and affirm your actions. It’s a form of reflection and in turn allows you to make sense of what you are doing and why? Ask questions daily! Here are some suggestions:
1. What am I doing regularly to achieve my goals?
2. What’s preventing me from realising my goals?
3. What can I do right now to move closer to my goal?
